Due to expansion St Modwen wanted to move the property team from the third floor into a vacant first floor space in the Park Point building. As part of that move they wanted to incorporate a new way of working, and more modern design and aesthetic for the space.

Working closely with their team to understand the requirements. Site survey, space planning and design proposals, through to 3D visuals, to create a modern streamlined working environment.

Once the space plans and design scheme agreed work was programmed in a tight schedule to meet.

Build phase included:

M&E and data works, lighting, electrical and smoke detection. Partitioning, ceilings, kitchen, carpets and flooring, bespoke storage wall, furniture including electric height adjustable design.

Works carried out under CDM, and we provided building regulations approval.
